Annual
Christmas Recital at St. Mark's
Steve Ettinger, local teacher and violinist, has
again organized a Christmas recital for the enjoyment of King City residents. It
will be presented on Sunday, December 3rd at 7:30 in St. Mark's Church.
Admission is free. Steve and his wife Aya will play the Handel G minor Sonata,
fourth in a cycle of six Handel sonatas that they have performed in past
Christmas recitals. Accomplished organist David Sundahl will perform a variety
of classical pieces. David and Aya will also perform special arrangements of
Christmas carols. The program will last less than an hour and will end with the
audience joining in the singing of several more traditional carols.
A reception with light refreshments offered will be
held in the guild hall following the concert.
